Dispatcher (m/f/d)
We are looking for a new member of staff to join our dispatch team (m/f/d) in Hartheim am Rhein. As a dispatcher, you will provide our customers with the best possible service and plan resources and processes to meet logistics requirements efficiently and reliably.

What you can expect:
- Scheduling and controlling national and international freight transport
- Planning and monitoring routes from an economic perspective
- Communicating with drivers, customers, and business partners
- Ensuring that transports are completed on time
- Processing transport orders, freight documents, and feedback
- Resolving irregularities in day-to-day business
That is important to us:
- Completed training as a freight forwarding agent, freight forwarding and logistics services agent, or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in freight transport scheduling is an advantage
- Organizational skills, assertiveness, and stress resistance
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Confident use of common scheduling and MS Office systems
- Good knowledge of German, knowledge of foreign languages such as English and French is an advantage
