Dispatcher (m/f/d)
We are looking for a new member of staff to join our dispatch team (m/f/d) in Callenberg. As a dispatcher, you will provide our customers with the best possible service and plan resources and processes to meet logistics requirements efficiently and reliably.

What you can expect:
- Assigning loads and scheduling customer orders
- Proactively monitoring compliance with delivery and pickup deadlines
- Negotiating price and service agreements with subcontractors
- Communication with customers and partners, including proactive status and information management (deadline monitoring and coordination)
- Ensuring and continuously optimizing work processes in terms of cost and quality
That is important to us:
- Completed commercial training, e.g., as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in customer service, ideally in the freight forwarding industry
- Strong communication skills and a strong customer focus
- Good computer skills (MS Office, freight forwarding software)
- Ability to work in a team, resilience, and the ability to work independently
- Planning and organizational skills
