We are looking to strengthen our customer service team in Hartheim am Rhein in order to offer our customers the best possible service and to fulfill their logistics requirements efficiently and reliably.

What you can expect:
- Supporting and advising our customers by phone and e-mail
- Processing customer inquiries and complaints
- Creation / coordination and monitoring of transport orders
That is important to us:
- Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding and logistics
- Professional experience in customer service, ideally in the freight forwarding industry
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Good IT skills (MS Office, freight forwarding software)
- Ability to work in a team, under pressure and independently
